Having grown from humble beginnings on the beautiful island of Arran, the brand was in need of a bold redesign to realise its new global ambitions. That required a totally new strategic positioning, a restructuring of their entire product portfolio and a new way of interpreting the brand, building on the incredible heritage that their island home offers. To create the new look, Positivity found a unique space beyond the global competition, referencing the unspoilt nature and culture of the island. Instead of ‘spoiling yourself’, which is generic to the product and the market, Arran allows you to ‘unspoil yourself’– a fundamental way of thinking that ran through all we created.
